In attendance were Johann Burke, Scott Duncan, Louise Donachie, Kristy Mackenzie, Audrey Doing, Lesley Compston, Karen Downey

Minutes from last meeting were agreed to be ok.

Treasurers report ok

£257.00 received from Chivas Brothers and passed to Kristy to bank.

Funding Toolkit with Scot Duncan Sustainable CommunitiesScott delivered this training course we all agreed that we are doing all that was being advised according to the training package.  Training packs to be given to absentees by Scott.

AOB Louise phoning Sian at Fairshare as Linwood Rangers money could be made available again.  Louise will feed back when she has cleared it up with Sian.

Scott Duncan has registered us with RCVS

OSCR filled out Kristy will postLandfill money we can apply for in July. 

Community Centre nursery sports day is the 22nd of may any members of Linwood Active are welcome to drop by to show support as all money coming to us that they raise through sponsors.

Clean-ups by community nursery=20bags, woodlands rained off, Morton nursery=6bags, st benedict’s still to confirm, East Fulton mix up with who was to be there they expected us to run the clean up? Morton nursery again in June.

Seona Boyle wants to know where bins are to be sited. This will be carried forward to next meeting when Seona is going to attend.

Gift Aid, Business network at Strathclyde Universicty would be out point of contact for advice on this.

BAA involvement; Lesley advised that they would get in anyway possible and are open to suggestions so she will write to them regarding mobile phone recycle and anything else.

Clean ups Lesley suggested that our clean-ups should be advertised on our website and arrange them in advance for the coming year this would cover the whole of Linwood by sectioning Linwood up into 4 then allocating a clean up within each quadrant and at what time of year.  This will have to be discussed at next meeting as nothing was decided.

Unused envelopes drop off points the clippens butchers and Linwood Shell Garage have agreed to this. 

Raffle licence application needs a plan of how many raffles in the year this to be cared forward. Kristy to sign and lottery scheme to be written, Cheque to be written for £40.00

Scott to give us useful number for our website ie, fly tipping, dog fouling etc.
